Header & footer

These options control the header and footer created by CobForm. Placed text, logos, and form fields stay in position.

FROM SEED TO PDF

A few tips from the patch.

  1. Upload a PDF or create a new document.
  2. Add document text, a local logo, or separators. Enable Snap to rows to align elements. Use Header & footer to show or hide the title, header, or footer.
  3. Choose a field tool and click the page. Drag to move, resize with the corner, or enter exact dimensions.
  4. Set the label, required status, and dropdown choices. Turn off printed labels when your PDF already has them.
  5. Switch to Preview to try the fields. Download to keep a genuinely fillable PDF.

Signature fields need a compatible PDF reader for signing. Existing PDF fields are preserved; this editor adds new fields. Encrypted, signed, and XFA PDFs are not supported.

PDF scripts are never executed here. Files and test values stay in memory and are cleared when you close or refresh this page. There is no autosave.

Use a current browser and serve the folder from any static host. All dependencies, fonts, and PDF rendering assets are bundled locally.
